Foxboro, MA. - The South Shore Kings are heading back to the Dineen Cup Finals after a 5-1 victory in game 4 of the Atlantic/New England Finals to win the series 3-1 over the PAL Jr. Islanders.

After dropping game one of the series 4-3 in Long Island, the Kings were able to tie the series up in game 2 after an OT winner off the stick of Captain Nate Stachowiak. South Shore came back to Foxboro and took care of business winning game 3, 5-2.

South Shore came out in Game 4 ready to knock out the team that beat them in the Finals a year prior, and they did just that. After heading into the 1st intermission tied 1-1, the Kings came out and took a 2-1 lead off the stick of Jack DesRuisseaux. After that, it was all Kings as they posted a 3-goal third period to give them the 5-1 victory and punch their ticket back into the Dineen Cup Finals.

South Shore will host the Mountain Division winner, Ogden Mustangs, in the first-ever Dineen Cup involving the Mountain teams. The 3-game series will begin Friday, April 26th at Foxboro Sports Center with a 7:00 p.m. puck drop.
