Continental Hockey Association (CHA) Tier III Junior B Team
This new program is designed for the high school graduate who is looking to play at the junior level and prepare for college. The athlete should be enrolled in a local junior college so he can schedule his courses to attend the on and off-ice sessions on a weekly basis.
All practices and home games will be played at the Foxboro Sports Center. We will also play a 50 game schedule. There will be 2-3 on ice practices per week late morning/early afternoon and two (2) off-ice workouts per week at the EPS workout facility located in the Foxboro Sports Center. There will also be will 3-4 Showcase Tournaments as part of our schedule. Some may be local, others will be held at away venues. When local showcases are scheduled, the athlete will need to transport themselves to and from games. When the opposite occurs, the team will be bussed to and from each venue and back to the hotel at which they will stay.
The tuition for the entire season will be $5,000.00. There will be NO additional or hidden costs associated with this program. Games will typically be held one early evening on a weeknight and one on the weekend. All of our home games are played at the Foxboro Sports Center. Some of our local opponents will be the Springfield Jr. Pics, Boston Jr. Bruins, Bay State Breakers, New England Huskies, New Hampshire Monarchs, as well as the Mass Maple Leafs.
Other clubs in the association are: Apple Core Young Guns, Metro Fighting Moose, Suffolk Juniors, Philadelphia Jr. Blazers, Philadelphia Revolution, Pittsburgh Junior Penguins, Buffalo Stars, and new comers Suffolk PAL and Brewster Bulldogs. Frederick Freeze, Jersey Wildcats, and last but not least, the Virginia Express. Some may or may not be on our initial schedule, but may be played during the showcase tournaments where entered.
